SERVICES

We provide legal and strategic advice, produce art and exhibition projects, and speak on art, tech and law.

LEGAL

We provide specialised legal advice on art-related matters at all stages of project development. We empower our clients using the law and enable them to take on their full creative potential.

Our legal advisory work spans a wide spectrum of expertise, including:

  • Negotiating and drafting of contracts for private and public art commissions, artwork sales, licensing and brand collaborations, artwork loans and consignment, gallery representation, gallery and studio leases and photography of artworks.

  • Drafting of website terms and conditions, letters of demand, privacy policies, disclaimers and regulation-required statements.

  • Providing legal advice on art and creative projects, particularly those with an advanced technology focus (AI, VR, XR, Blockchain & NFTs) in areas including intellectual property, privacy and consumer law.

  • Providing estate planning advice for artists and collectors, including drafting wills for artists.
