Guest Work Agency is proud to announce that our Founder and Director, Alana Kushnir, has published a feature article in the latest issue of Intellectual Property Forum, the journal of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ).

In her article, Artwork Licensing and Personality Rights in the Age of AI, Alana examines how the rise of artificial intelligence is reshaping the legal and regulatory landscape around the creation, licensing and use of artworks.  She explores the increasingly complex relationship between artwork licensing and personality rights in the Australian legal context, highlighting how these areas – while doctrinally distinct – are being tested and reconfigured by new technological realities.

The piece reflects Alana’s ongoing commitment to advancing legal scholarship at the intersection of art, technology and intellectual property.

The article appears in the September 2025 issue of  Intellectual Property Forum.
