Guest Work Agency is the first dedicated art law and advisory practice in Australia. We work with artists, curators, collectors, galleries, museums, art fairs and art tech start ups. We provide advice on all legal aspects relating to art, including how to set up a charity, drafting art commission and exhibition contracts, advising on copyright and moral rights issues and more.
